Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL E-Commerce, USPS or Packet depending on your location and the fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

local orders are same-day shipping

Out of state orders are 48 hours

orders within the states are delivered within one week using ground shipping 

All pre-orders will be fulfilled within 14 days

processing time for in stock items is 24 hours 

Items that are out of stock 10-14 days 

shipping time: this depends on the type of shipping that is selected by the customer but total shipping will not exceed 7 days.
