Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Klarna's 14-days returns & refunds policy for ALL items including final sale items custom products etc. provided they are unused and in their original packaging (that is the customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery). This cannot be compensated via store credits. This is Klarna's standard return policy and must be adhered to without exceptions. However, you may add a notation in your current return/refund policy, for the above to apply only for orders completed via Klarna.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal & Refund Timeline
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you excluding original shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Lash supplies once opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products or services
